Shipping Fees

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. We provide either free shipping and chargeable shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS. We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

 

Lost & Missing Packages

Luxunicorns is not liable if the incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that the billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility of the original order you have made at no charge.

 

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

  • United States 8-14 Business days
  • Canada, Europe 10-15 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand 8-15 Business days
  • Central & South America 10-20 Business days Asia 8-15 Business days
  • Africa 15-30 Business days

*All shipping times exclude 2-5 day processing time and clearance/customs delays. Max delivery time is 45 business days.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

 

Tracking Says “No information available at the moment.”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Will Items be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
